Is this the only route?

University Degree
Usually 3 to 4 years of full-time academic study, explicitly preparing you for the theoretical realities of the industry.
Junior Technician
As a Junior Technician, you will assist experienced technicians in diagnosing and repairing equipment, gaining hands-on experience and learning the trade.
Mid-Level Technician
In this role, you will take on more complex repairs and installations, working independently and possibly mentoring junior staff.
Senior Technician
As a Senior Technician, you will lead projects, manage client relationships, and oversee a team of technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
