University Degree
Usually 3 to 4 years of full-time academic study, explicitly preparing you for the theoretical realities of the industry.
Junior Special Needs Teacher
In this entry-level position, you will assist in the development and implementation of educational programmes for students with special needs, working under the guidance of more experienced professionals.
Mid-Level Special Needs Teacher
At this level, you will take on more responsibility for developing IEPs and leading classroom activities, while mentoring junior staff and contributing to the school's special needs strategy.
Senior Special Needs Education Professional
In a senior role, you will oversee special education programmes, lead a team of educators, and work closely with school leadership to shape policies and practices that enhance educational outcomes for students with additional needs.
