University Degree
Usually 3 to 4 years of full-time academic study, explicitly preparing you for the theoretical realities of the industry.
Junior Sheeter and Cladder
As a Junior Sheeter and Cladder, you will assist experienced workers in applying cladding materials, learning the ropes of the trade while gaining hands-on experience on construction sites.
Mid-Level Sheeter and Cladder
In this role, you will take on more responsibility, leading small teams and ensuring that projects are completed on time and to specification, while also mentoring junior staff.
Senior Sheeter and Cladder
As a Senior Sheeter and Cladder, you will oversee large projects, manage teams, and liaise with clients and contractors to ensure high standards of work and safety are maintained.
