Is this the only route?

University Degree
Usually 3 to 4 years of full-time academic study, explicitly preparing you for the theoretical realities of the industry.
Junior Scaffolder
As a Junior Scaffolder, you will assist in the erection and dismantling of scaffolding under the supervision of experienced scaffolders, gaining hands-on experience and learning safety protocols.
Mid-Level Scaffolder
In this role, you will take on more responsibility, managing scaffold installations and ensuring compliance with safety regulations while mentoring junior staff.
Senior Scaffolder
As a Senior Scaffolder, you will oversee large projects, manage teams, and ensure the highest standards of safety and efficiency in scaffold operations.
