Is this the only route?

University Degree
Usually 3 to 4 years of full-time academic study, explicitly preparing you for the theoretical realities of the industry.
Junior Pharmacist
As a Junior Pharmacist, you will assist in dispensing medications and providing patient consultations under the supervision of a senior pharmacist.
Mid-Level Pharmacist
In this role, you will take on more responsibilities, including managing pharmacy operations and mentoring junior staff.
Senior Pharmacist
As a Senior Pharmacist, you will lead a pharmacy team, develop clinical services, and play a key role in strategic decision-making.
