Is this the only route?

University Degree
Usually 3 to 4 years of full-time academic study, explicitly preparing you for the theoretical realities of the industry.
Junior Consultant
As a junior consultant, you will assist in research and analysis, supporting senior consultants in project delivery and client interactions.
Mid-Level Consultant
In this role, you will take on more responsibility, leading smaller projects and managing client relationships while developing your strategic thinking skills.
Senior Consultant/Director
As a senior consultant or director, you will lead major projects, drive business development, and shape the strategic direction of the consultancy practice.
