University Degree
Usually 3 to 4 years of full-time academic study, explicitly preparing you for the theoretical realities of the industry.
Junior Yard Assistant
In this entry-level role, you will assist with daily horse care, including feeding, grooming, and exercising horses. You will learn the basics of yard management and gain hands-on experience.
Yard Manager
As a Yard Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the welfare of the horses. You will also handle client relations and financial management.
Stud Farm Director
In this peak role, you will lead the strategic direction of the stud farm, manage large teams, and oversee breeding programmes. You will be responsible for the overall success and profitability of the business.
