Is this the only route?

Mid-level HR Specialist
In this role, you will take on more responsibilities, such as managing employee relations and developing training programmes, while acting as a key point of contact for staff.

At this level, you will lead the HR department, strategising on workforce planning and organisational development, while influencing company culture and policies.
