University Degree
Usually 3 to 4 years of full-time academic study, explicitly preparing you for the theoretical realities of the industry.
Junior Higher Level Teaching Assistant
In this entry-level position, you will support teachers in the classroom, assisting with lesson preparation and providing general support to students.
Mid-Level Higher Level Teaching Assistant
As a mid-level HTLA, you will take on more responsibilities, including planning lessons and leading small groups, while continuing to support teachers.
Senior Higher Level Teaching Assistant
In this senior role, you will lead training for other staff, develop educational programmes, and play a key role in school improvement initiatives.
