Is this the only route?

University Degree
Usually 3 to 4 years of full-time academic study, explicitly preparing you for the theoretical realities of the industry.
Junior Glass Blower
As a Junior Glass Blower, you will assist experienced glass blowers in the production process, learning the fundamentals of glass manipulation and safety protocols.
Mid-Level Glass Blower
In this role, you will take on more complex projects, work independently, and begin to develop your own style and techniques.
Senior Glass Blower
As a Senior Glass Blower, you will lead projects, innovate new techniques, and may also be involved in training the next generation of glass artists.
