Is this the only route?

University Degree
Usually 3 to 4 years of full-time academic study, explicitly preparing you for the theoretical realities of the industry.
Junior Foreign Language Teacher
As a Junior Foreign Language Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching basic language skills to students, developing lesson plans under the guidance of senior teachers, and managing classroom behaviour.
Mid-level Foreign Language Teacher
In a mid-level role, you will take on more responsibilities, including mentoring junior teachers, leading curriculum development, and engaging in professional development to enhance your teaching methods.
Senior Foreign Language Teacher / Head of Languages
At the peak of your career, you will oversee the entire language department, develop strategic initiatives for language education, and represent the school in educational forums and community events.
