Is this the only route?

University Degree
Usually 3 to 4 years of full-time academic study, explicitly preparing you for the theoretical realities of the industry.
Junior Football Coach
As a Junior Football Coach, you will assist in training sessions, focusing on skill development and basic tactics. You will work under the guidance of more experienced coaches, gaining hands-on experience and learning the intricacies of coaching.
Mid-Level Football Coach
In a Mid-Level role, you will take on more responsibility for training sessions and match preparations. You will develop your own coaching style and begin to implement advanced tactics, while also mentoring junior coaches.
Senior Football Coach
As a Senior Football Coach, you will lead a team, making strategic decisions that affect performance and results. You will be responsible for the overall development of players and the coaching staff, and you may also engage in club management and community outreach.
