Is this the only route?

University Degree
Usually 3 to 4 years of full-time academic study, explicitly preparing you for the theoretical realities of the industry.
Junior Firefighter
As a Junior Firefighter, you will undergo extensive training and assist in emergency responses while learning the ropes of firefighting.
Mid-Level Firefighter
In this role, you will take on more responsibilities, including leading teams during emergencies and conducting safety inspections.
Senior Firefighter
As a Senior Firefighter, you will oversee operations, mentor junior staff, and may specialise in areas such as fire investigation or safety training.
