Is this the only route?

University Degree

Junior Chef

Sous Chef
In the role of Sous Chef, you will oversee kitchen operations, manage staff, and ensure the quality of dishes served, stepping up to lead when the Head Chef is absent.
Head Chef
As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for the entire kitchen operation, from menu creation to staff management, ensuring that the restaurant maintains its reputation for excellence.
