At Brunel University London, this four-year full-time LLB degree builds the core legal knowledge and analytical skills that underpin any legal career, covering the fundamental areas of English law including contract, tort, constitutional, criminal and equity and trusts, while also providing specialist teaching in commercial law, international trade, cross-border transactions and the theory and practice of international arbitration. You will develop the ability to analyse legal problems with rigour and precision, to research case law and statutory material, and to construct clear legal arguments in writing and in advocacy contexts.
