Sustainability and Environmental Management

Sustainability and environmental management addresses some of the most pressing challenges facing societies today. This three-year full-time degree at Keele gives you a grounding in the natural systems that underpin environmental challenges as well as the management frameworks and policy contexts in which solutions must be designed and implemented. You will carry out fieldwork, gaining direct experience of ecological surveying and environmental assessment in real landscapes, and work in laboratories developing analytical skills relevant to water quality, soil science, and habitat evaluation.
