At the University of Warwick, this four-year full-time programme offers the opportunity to explore the extraordinary breadth and depth of German language and culture in collaboration with recognised experts in the field. A sandwich year with work placements is available, allowing you to gain professional experience in a German-speaking environment, which might be a company, a cultural organisation, or an academic institution. You will develop your German language skills to a high level of proficiency across all modes, engaging with contemporary and historical texts, film, media, and cultural production alongside the linguistic training that makes that engagement fully accessible.
