Forensic Science and Criminology
Forensic science and criminology is a combination that addresses both the physical evidence of crime and the social and systemic context in which crime occurs and is responded to. Forensic science applies chemistry, biology, and other scientific disciplines to the analysis of physical evidence from crime scenes, including biological samples, trace evidence, toxicological analysis, and digital evidence.
