Engineering is one of the oldest and broadest of human endeavours, encompassing the creative application of scientific and mathematical principles to design, build, and maintain the systems and structures that society depends on. From aerospace and automotive engineering to energy, civil infrastructure, and biomedical technology, engineers work across virtually every sector of the economy, solving problems that matter and creating solutions that endure. At the University of Aberdeen, the five-year full-time MEng Engineering degree provides a broad and deep preparation for professional engineering practice. You will study engineering principles that span multiple disciplines, developing the flexibility and cross-disciplinary understanding that distinguishes engineers who can work at the boundaries of complex problems.
