Electrical and Electronic Engineering with Integrated Master's MEng MEng The Integrated Master’s in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Keele gives you the advanced expertise to shape the future of clean energy, automation, and digital technologies.

Building on the BEng, the additional Master's year expands your technical depth, enhances your research and project experience, and develops the leadership skills to manage complex systems at scale. Electrical and electronic engineering sits at the heart of modern life, enabling clean energy systems, global communications, smart devices, automation, and sustainable infrastructure. From renewable power generation to the design of intelligent electronics, electrical engineers shape the systems that power economies and connect communities.

This four-year Integrated Master’s (MEng) combines undergraduate and postgraduate study in one enhanced degree. You’ll begin with Engineering Fundamentals, building the scientific and technical knowledge to tackle complex problems. Alongside this, Engineering Skills will strengthen your practical ability through labs, workshops, and training in communication and project management, while Engineering Simulation and Mathematics will develop your precision in advanced analysis and modelling.

In your fourth year, you will complete master’s-level study, advancing your expertise through specialist modules and a major research project.
