Electrical and Electronic Engineering

Electrical and electronic engineering is a discipline concerned with the design, analysis and application of systems that generate, control and transmit electrical energy and process electronic signals. At Aston University, which has a strong tradition of industry-engaged engineering education, this three-year full-time programme includes both a sandwich year for extended professional placement and a year abroad, as well as work placement experience built into the degree.
