At Edge Hill University, this three-year, full-time programme includes a sandwich placement year, a year abroad, and work placement experience, making it one of the most practically and internationally developed combinations available in these subjects. The education strand covers learning theory, child and adolescent development, the sociology and history of education, curriculum design, and the policy environment of UK schooling. The English strand develops your literary analysis, critical writing, and engagement with the full range of English language and literature, from early texts through contemporary writing.
