About this course

Earn your BA in Economics in Southampton, the UK. This BA Economics degree equips you with analytical and practical skills for careers in finance and beyond. On our BA Economics degree, you'll be applying economics to important societal issues such as climate change, poverty and inequality.

You'll learn how policy makers can use economics to design solutions and evaluate their effectiveness. This course is designed to strengthen your quantitative skills, but it has a strong focus on qualitative analysis and real-world applications. Using the main conceptual and analytical tools used by economists, you'll learn how to interpret and visualize data.
