About this course

Earth and environmental science addresses the systems that shape our planet, from the deep geological processes that build mountains and drive tectonic plates to the atmospheric and hydrological cycles that determine climate and weather. At the University of Hull, this four-year full-time programme is designed for geoscientists with a passion to drive an environmentally sensitive future. The inclusion of a foundation year makes it accessible to students who need a more supported entry into degree-level science, building the mathematical, physical, and analytical foundations before the main programme begins.
