About this course

Become a highly skilled and innovative engineer who is able to manage constructions in an environmentally friendly way on our JBM-accredited course. Civil engineers with construction management skills can develop project plans that meet engineering requirements, construction timelines and regulations. They can communicate with engineers, architects and contractors, making sure that everyone works together throughout the project.

Our Civil Engineering with Construction Management BEng(Hons) degree will equip you with comprehensive skills to manage construction projects from design to completion. You’ll explore construction management, design of structures and project planning, as well as structures, materials, geotechnics and hydraulics. Our Civil Engineering with Construction Management MEng course offers an extra year of study at masters level.
