This programme is designed for those who want to lead innovation and make a lasting impact on global challenges such as clean energy, sustainable manufacturing, and advanced materials. This four-year Integrated Master’s (MEng) combines undergraduate and postgraduate study in one enhanced degree. You’ll begin with Engineering Fundamentals, building the scientific and technical knowledge to tackle complex problems.

Alongside this, Engineering Skills will strengthen your practical ability through labs, workshops, and training in communication and project management, while Engineering Simulation and Mathematics will develop your precision in advanced analysis and modelling. In your fourth year, you will complete master’s-level study, advancing your expertise through specialist modules and a major research project. Chemical Engineering at Keele combines foundational engineering sciences with specialist study in thermodynamics, reaction kinetics, mass and energy balances, and early exposure to bio-based polymers and nanomaterials.
