This BSc Business Management (Human Resource Management) is designed to develop your knowledge and understanding of how businesses and their workforce operate and succeed. This BSc Business Management (Human Resource Management) introduces you to the key functions of business so that you can understand where and how the management of people contributes to business success. Employability and flexibility are also fundamental to this course on which you will develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes that employers are looking for to help start or accelerate your career in people management-related roles.

This course offers you the chance to gain breadth and depth to your understanding of businesses, the world in which they operate and the key role that HR managers play. Through active learning, facilitated by our academics and a host of expert practitioners, you will develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes that will support you towards developing your career in human resource management. You will learn via a range of different methods including lectures, seminars, presentations and group discussions.

To help you gain practical knowledge first-hand, we also host guest speakers and offer you live case study sessions and panel discussions with entrepreneurs and practitioners. You can study this course full- or part-time. You can also choose your own timetable for the core/compulsory modules selecting whether to study them in the daytime or in the evening .
