Business management is the study of how organisations work, how they are led, how they compete and how they create value for their customers, employees and owners. You will be introduced to the key functions of business, including marketing, finance, operations, strategy and organisational behaviour, giving you a broad understanding from which you can identify the areas you wish to specialise in as you progress through the degree.

The programme runs full time over three years.

You will develop skills in business analysis, strategic thinking, financial literacy, team working and professional communication. The ability to understand organisations from multiple perspectives and to apply analytical frameworks to business problems is a genuinely transferable competence.

Graduates from business management programmes move into management trainee schemes, commercial roles, marketing, finance, operations and entrepreneurial ventures across a wide range of sectors.
