At the University of East Anglia, this three-year full-time programme develops your understanding of both the strategic and operational dimensions of business management and the specialist knowledge and skills of human resource management. You will study organisational behaviour, employment law, recruitment and selection, talent management, performance management, reward and recognition, learning and development, and the strategic role of HR in supporting organisational goals. The business content provides the commercial awareness and management skills that contextualise HR within the broader challenges of running effective organisations.

With a typical entry tariff of 120 UCAS points, this is a competitive programme at a research-intensive university with a strong business school. Graduates pursue careers in human resources management, talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, organisational development, HR consultancy, and the many generalist and specialist HR roles across private, public, and voluntary sector organisations. Many graduates continue to professional qualifications through the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, or postgraduate study in human resource management, business administration, or organisational psychology, building on the undergraduate foundation the degree provides.
