At the University of Chichester, this three-year full-time programme includes a sandwich year in industry and a work placement component, giving you significant professional experience that sits alongside your academic study. You will develop understanding of core business disciplines including finance, marketing, operations, and strategy, and you will study people management in depth, covering areas such as employment law, organisational behaviour, recruitment and selection, performance management, reward, and learning and development. The sandwich year in particular gives you the chance to apply these frameworks in a real organisational setting before completing your final year, and consistently helps graduates enter the workforce with greater confidence and practical credibility.
