The Role & Expectations
As a CCTV operator, your primary responsibility is to monitor surveillance footage to ensure the safety and security of premises. You will be working in control rooms, often in shifts, where you will analyse live feeds from various cameras, identifying any suspicious activities or incidents that may require immediate action.
